Beat is, together with Torsten, founding member of DalhoeferLauper. With more than 30 years of experience as a leader, as well as a trainer Beat is well-known and respected at the highest management levels in the corporate world. He believes in organizational effectiveness through strong leadership performance based on shared values and his programmes focus heavily on experiential learning encouraging behavioural change.
Torsten is, together with Beat, founding member of DalhoeferLauper. German-born, he possesses a balanced, admirable set of professional skills and social qualities, that are a sought-after combination in the field of Leadership and Organisational Development. Well-read and highly trained with a wealth of experience amassed over the past 20 years, he worked as a consultant and facilitator for large organisations, SMEs and multinational corporations active in the banking, logistics and insurance industry.

Chris is a leading expert for experiential leadership development. He worked for a number of years as a Chartered Engineer in various parts of the world before gaining his MBA at Cranfield, and then embarking on a second career in business consultancy.
Ron is a brand development & communication specialist. Educated in linguistics and graphic design, he worked and lived around the globe for more 25 years merging many professional and cultural experiences into his mindset. A fluent multilingual speaker, he has managed creative teams

Mark is a pioneer in business war gaming, an expert in strategy simulation, and an enthusiastic teacher of strategic thinking. He founded Advanced Competitive Strategies, Inc., and teaches at the University of Portland. He holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from Harvard.
